Recently starring in Channel Fours Wife Swap, Ife Piankhi has used the airing to launch her mainstream campaign on the concepts of sustainability.
This versatile performer (poet, actor and singer) currently working on her own album of poetry, vocals and music geared towards positively uplifting the mind is one of the mayor’s London Leaders. In the first project of this kind to be run by the London Sustainability Commission (GLA) Ife fuses her poetry and music around the theme of sustainability in a unique and effective way, similarly the keen environmentalist tactically appeared on Wife Swap as a distinctive way to demonstrate sustainability in action and how it works in her home with her husband and family. Invaluably practising what she preaches, Ife realises that this is a unique way to reach the youth that she works with. Ife leads by example and sets an exemplary one.
